And not just thankfulness for the good stuff. Thankfulness for all the bad stuff. Can you do that? Can you bring yourself to give thanks for everything that is in your life both good and bad?Anybody can be thankful for the good stuff in their life. But being thankful for the bad stuff takes character. And once you embrace thankfulness for everything, the resistance to the negative in your life melts away, allowing you to be open to receive the goodness that you are so desiring.Try it some time, I dare you. If you find yourself in a complaining mood about something stop and turn that complaint into a thank-you, a heart-felt thank you.The exact moment that you do that, the energy shifts and if you maintain that attitude of thanksgiving, within a week, everything can turn around for you.No lip service allowed — only heart-felt thankfulness works — it’s gotta be real.
